Job Title:  Spa Associate (Front Desk Staff)
Location: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Boulder, CO
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Service Discounts + Performance Bonuses

 What You’ll Do
  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings
  • Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies
  • Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards
  • Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions

  • Availability for Tuesday (9am-4pm OR 12pm-8pm needed)/Thursday, possible evenings, and weekends (AM and PM)
