We're a small, tight-knit crew that does basement and foundation repair across the Fond du Lac area. We take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and reliability. We've even developed our own repair system that we'll train you on.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career doing skilled, honest work — not just a paycheck until something else comes along. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
What you'll do
Work alongside experienced crew members repairing foundation walls in residential homes
Measure and cut lumber, use power tools, carry and set equipment into basements
Tuck point, patch, and caulk joints; keep the jobsite clean and organized
Learn and apply our repair system (full training provided)
Drive to job sites in a company vehicle (clean driving record required)
Who we're looking for We can teach carpentry skills. We can't teach dependability or a good attitude. Those have to come with you.
Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
Trustworthy — we work inside people's homes
Positive attitude; works well with a small team
Can read a tape measure and has basic carpentry or construction experience
Able to lift 60 lbs and work in tight spaces
Valid driver's license with a clean record
