Job description

Mr. Basement / Rob Giese Construction — Fond du Lac, WI

Full-time · Field position · Starting pay based on experience

We're a small, tight-knit crew that does basement and foundation repair across the Fond du Lac area. We take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and reliability. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career doing skilled, honest work — not just a paycheck until something else comes along. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What you'll do

  • Looking to fill a position on our residential, excavating & concrete crew
  • Work alongside experienced crew members on concrete & excavating projects
  • Operate skid loader
  • Assist with excavation
  • Assist with concrete forming and pouring
  • Learn and apply our repair system (full training provided)
  • Drive light duty trucks to job sites in a company vehicle (clean driving record required)

Who we're looking for. We can't teach dependability or a good attitude. Those have to come with you.

  • Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
  • Trustworthy — we work inside people's homes
  • Positive attitude; works well with a small team
  • Can read a tape measure and has basic construction experience
  • Able to lift 60 lbs and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
