Position Overview:

The GI Technician plays a vital role in supporting physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with GI procedures, including colonoscopies and endoscopies
  • Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment, ensuring proper function and sterilization
  • Support physicians and nurses 
  • Monitor and assist patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Stock and organize supplies to ensure a well-prepared procedure room
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • Previous experience as a GI Tech or Endoscopy Tech (preferred)
