Job description

Goshen Health is hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join our exceptional team! We offer a wonderful work/life balance with a call schedule of 1:8! We will consider General or Interventional Candidates for this position.

Goshen Physicians is a multi-specialty group dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of Northern Indiana, serving a regional population of 220,000. The network consists of both primary care and specialty providers, allowing us to offer the highest quality of care for a wide range of conditions. The new Gastroenterologist will be joining a well-established practice with three GI physicians and three Nurse Practitioners. The addition of a fourth physician is due to high volumes that support the addition of another provider. Our Gastroenterologists perform surgeries at our hospital and our ASC, which is right across the parking lot from the clinic! We have a board-certified GI Pathologist in house and a state-of-the-art Cancer Center that provides excellent support to our GI team. We have esophageal manometry, ph impedance, wireless pH testing and fibroscan with spleen stiffness.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Maintain a well-established outpatient GI clinic

  • Perform basic Gastroenterology procedures

  • Experience with advanced procedures a plus
  • Collaborate with our comprehensive Cancer Center and General Surgery practice.
  • A personal mission that aligns with our mission and values

  • Participate, lead, and promote GI Services in our community and region

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
