Seeking a Chief CRNA of Anesthesia to join an incredible team in North Miami Beach, Florida! $150K Start Date Bonus! Envision is currently seeking a full-time, BC/BE CRNA to join the collaborative, hands-on team at Jackson North Medical Center - a 382-bed acute care center located in North Miami Beach.

As part of the renowned Jackson Health System, this facility cares for the needs of the diverse residents of north Miami-Dade and south Broward counties. Jackson North Medical Center offers a variety of services including 24/7 Emergency Care, Cardiology, Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Peds, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology and General Surgery. Highlights of this opportunity include: Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 7 Physicians, 8 OR CRNAs and 5 OB CRNAs NO Weekends and NO Call Vacation includes 8 to 9 weeks with 6 company paid holidays separate from PTO No Cardiac or Trauma Annual Case count approximately 8,000 Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, GI, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Neuro, OB, Healthy outpatient Peds greater than 2 years old 6 OR's plus offsite locations- Cath Lab, GI, etc.

Competitive salaries with site specific financial modifier for OB and Peds Main OR shifts include 10 hour and 8 hour shifts. 5 person OB team with 24 hour and 12 hour shifts (Stipends for OB and nighthawk shifts) $3000 CME allowance (anesthesia related expenses) Retention and Loyalty Bonuses 100% company paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Benefits eligible day one- No waiting period!
