In-Home Sales Representative
$150K+ uncapped commission and company vehicle provided

You are a seasoned home services or roofing salesperson. You want to build your book of business your way, not be micro-managed. You want to be a big fish in a small pond instead of just one of 100 reps. You expect your skillset to be known and respected.

Please note before applying: This is a commission-only role with weekly draw, built for high-discipline sales professionals who want uncapped income. It also requires daily physical roof inspections. If you want a base salary or a desk job, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do

  • Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners at company-provided, pre-screened appointments (510 per week)
  • Generate your own appointments canvass, knock doors, build your network; self-generated deals pay higher commission
  • Get on the roof safely set up ladders and climb residential and commercial roofs to inspect, measure, and assess damage
  • Close the deal present confident, clear solutions, guide homeowners through financing, and close contracts on-site
  • Manage your pipeline relentlessly to maintain a 2535% close rate

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven in-home, consultative, big-ticket closing experience (roofing, HVAC, siding, windows, or remodeling strongly preferred)
  • Completely comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and entering attics/homes daily
  • Self-motivated and entirely comfortable betting on yourself in a commission-only environment
  • Smartphone and CRM proficient you'll use digital tools daily
  • Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Licensed as a Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson, or committed to obtaining licensure we pay for it and support you through the entire process
  • High school diploma or equivalent
