Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Social Care Team at Oxfordshire. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Locum Occupational Therapist to support Oxford City residents through a focused, shortterm project aimed at reducing the service waiting list. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys communitybased assessments and wants to make an immediate impact through a targeted piece of work.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Complete community-based functional assessments with residents across Oxford City.
  • Deliver a focused caseload to support waiting list reduction.
  • Recommend appropriate equipment, adaptations, and interventions based on assessed needs.
  • Maintain concise, accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Adult Social Care team.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • HCPCregistered Occupational Therapist.
  • Ability to travel within Oxford for home visits and assessments.
  • Confident working independently and managing a focused caseload.
  • Experience in community or local authority OT (desirable but not essential).
