The Residential Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. The Opportunity As a Residential ASL Driver, you are the face of GFL. Operating a modern, fully automated side-loading truck, you will navigate curbside routes to provide seamless waste removal for our neighbors. This is a solo-operator role that rewards independence, precision, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Machine: Operate state-of-the-art automated side-loading trucks and hydraulic systems with expert precision.
  • Own Your Route: Safely collect solid waste or recyclables on assigned residential routes, ensuring every customer receives "Green Ribbon" service.
  • Safety First: Conduct rigorous pre- and post-trip inspections. At GFL, safety isn't a box to check-it's our way of life.
  • Professional Pride: Maintain a clean vehicle and professional demeanor, acting as a brand ambassador on the road.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with supervisors to optimize routing and improve efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • The Credentials: A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience (or a CDL school certificate).
