Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek

Are you looking for a manufacturing job where you can actually grow, learn new skills, and build a career?

No manufacturing or machining experience required! We provide hands-on training and teach you how to operate technical production equipment and learn different manufacturing processes.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

You will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of manufacturing, including:

  • CO2 laser operation
  • Saw operations
  • Trim laser processes
  • Lapping
  • Machine operation
  • Reading engineering drawings
  • Precision measuring and inspection
  • Quality control
  • Troubleshooting production processes
  • Machine setups and processes
  • Process improvement
  • Special manufacturing projects

You'll start with the basics and build your skills over time. As you become more experienced, you'll have opportunities to take on more technical responsibilities and learn additional machines and processes.

WE'LL TRAIN YOU!

You do not need previous machining or manufacturing experience.
