Job description

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end-to-end at a fast-moving, enterprise-grade AI platform company based in Berlin. You'll have real creative latitude to shape how the company is experienced across every touchpoint — from the website and design system to merch, office spaces, and event booths. You'll work on a small team where your decisions are visible, your taste matters, and the feedback loops are fast.

The company operates in the B2B AI/SaaS space, helping large organisations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their operations. The brand needs to earn trust and feel sharp — and you'll be the person making that happen.

What You'll Do
  • Own and evolve the design system, maintaining components, tokens, and visual patterns built for reuse and scale.

  • Design high-quality merchandise, brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make final calls on materials and quality.

  • Shape physical spaces — the office, event setups, and conference booths — to craft intentional brand experiences.

  • Lead special creative projects end-to-end, from product launch moments to one-off campaigns and collaborations.

  • Maintain the website's visual and frontend quality, shipping production-ready updates independently without a ticket queue.

  • Move fluidly between Figma, supplier briefs, and vendor conversations while keeping multiple projects moving forward.

  • Treat brand as a complete experience, aligning objects, spaces, and screens into a cohesive point of view.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows without sacrificing craft or judgment.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of brand design experience delivering end-to-end brand experiences — design systems, merchandise, and physical spaces.

  • Strong Figma skills and the ability to ship designs in production with frontend implementation (no handoff to developers).

  • Proven track record leading high-visibility creative projects from concept to delivery, including launch moments and campaigns.

  • Design system ownership: components, tokens, visual patterns, and scalable reusable assets.

  • Experience shaping physical spaces for offices, events, or exhibitions.

  • Merch production experience: briefing suppliers, iterating on samples, assessing quality.

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to define a brief when none exists.

  • Collaborative and kind, with the ability to defend design decisions with clear taste and rigour.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with colour token creation or accessibility considerations in design systems.

  • Motion design or animation capabilities to augment brand storytelling.

  • Practical use of AI tools to accelerate design work.
