ATLETICA, a German fitness equipment company, is entering the US market and just opened its first American operation in Corona, CA. When a company starts fresh in a new market, you get the chance to help shape how things are done from the very beginning – that chance is worth a lot. We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to take great care of the people who bought our home-gym equipment. No call center, no cold calling, no sales quotas: we answer by email and chat, and pick up the phone only when a customer really needs it. You will grow here as ATLETICA scales.

WHO WE ARE

ATLETICA is a German fitness apparel and equipment brand – 120+ employees and over $50 million in annual sales, and one of the top 3 fitness e-commerce companies in the German-speaking market. In 2026 we opened our first U.S. operation: a brand-new 75,000 sq ft warehouse and office in Corona, CA, shipping our home-gym equipment to customers across the United States.

You would join the founding U.S. team – the people who get to build this from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Answer customer emails, chats, and social messages in one modern ticketing system – order status, delivery updates, wrong or missing items, returns, refunds, and product questions all land in one place
• Review AI-drafted replies before they go out: our helpdesk pre-writes most answers – you check them, make them right and human, and send
• Track every order down in our systems: Shopify (online store) and NetSuite (Oracle ERP) show you whether an order is picked, packed, or shipped – you keep the customer informed, especially when something is delayed
• Walk over to our warehouse and logistics team to solve the tricky cases in person – that’s why this role is onsite: you are the interface between the customer and the floor
• Own the complex cases: our European support team handles the routine questions remotely – you take what’s left, including picking up the phone to turn an upset customer around
• Flag recurring problems and help fix the root cause instead of sending the same reply twice

WHAT YOU BRING

• Digitally savvy – this is a must: you live in digital communication (chat, email, Slack-style tools) and find your way around new software on day one. We train you on our specific systems – not on the basics
• Strong written communication: clear, friendly written English – most of our support happens in writing
• A real team player: you work hand in hand with warehouse, logistics, and technicians all day – collaboration is the job, not a side task
• Calm and personable on the phone for the cases that need a call, with patience for a frustrated customer
• 1+ years of customer service experience – experience in a desk-based, digital role (e-commerce, online-store support, helpdesk) is a strong plus
• Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Corona, CA – this role lives at the interface with the warehouse, so it is not remote

PAY & BENEFITS

• $21 – $25 per hour, depending on experience

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Full-time, Monday to Friday – a normal 8-hour day shift with a flexible start between 7:30 and 9:00 AM
• No evening shifts, no night shifts, no weekends
• Onsite at our new warehouse & office: 1645 Leeson Lane, Corona, CA 92879
• Start: September 2026 – immediate start possible
