German Customer Service Representative | Travel & Hospitality Project

Role: German-speaking Travel Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Greece)

Project: Supporting one of the Worlds Leading Online Travel Platforms

The Opportunity

Do you have a passion for travel and a talent for helping people? We are looking for German speakers to join a specialized team supporting a global giant in the travel and hospitality industry. Work from the comfort of your home in Greece while helping travelers from around the world book their dream stays and resolve their trip inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

Travel Support: Assist German-speaking travelers and property partners via phone, email, and chat.

Booking Management: Help with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate between guests and accommodations to ensure a seamless travel experience.

CRM Management: Document all cases clearly in English.

Requirements

Native or C1 German and B2 English proficiency.

Strong communication skills and a "travel-first" mindset.

Ability to multitask across multiple browser tabs and booking tools.

Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in Greece.
