A concierge-style geriatric practice in the Palm Beach and Boca Raton area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, individualized care for a small, dedicated patient panel. This role offers strong clinical autonomy, a balanced mix of home visits and facilities, and the chance to help shape a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
