CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative minded Geriatrician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join a well established, collegial team
  • Call structure: Minimal call, 1:9 weekends and weeknights
  • Practice setting: Outpatient
  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered geriatric care that addresses the unique needs of older adults and supports their overall quality of life.
  • Lead seamless collaboration with a robust multidisciplinary team, including specialists in pharmacy, neuropsychology, and social work, to ensure holistic patient support
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Shape the next generation of clinicians by actively teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Drive the academic and community mission of the Center for Healthy Aging through active participation in departmental activities.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
  • Geriatric Fellowship required
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What minimum qualifications youโ€˜ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
