- Analyze Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS) and other performance data to assess compliance with design and contractual requirements.
- Provide field engineering support during DSM and DPC operations to ensure adherence to design parameters and specification tolerances.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, verifying production records, test data, and as-built documentation.
- Prepare technical reports, construction verification documents, test summaries, and project close-out packages for client submittal.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, laboratory personnel, and client representatives to ensure technical and quality objectives are achieved.
- Ensure all engineering activities conform to safety, quality, and environmental standards as well as internal quality management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- PE or FE License in CA is a plus, but not required
- 5-10 years of geotechnical experience with emphasis on ground improvement construction, specifically Deep Soil Mixing.
- Proven background in construction QA/QC, data processing and analysis, and technical documentation.
