Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy sophisticated ML models, such as XGBoost and logistic regression, to proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.

  • Translate complex model outputs into business-friendly insights that drive targeted go-to-market retention strategies.

  • Engineer impactful features from raw customer data to develop advanced metrics for tracking global engagement and activity.

  • Architect automated processes and algorithms to cleanse and integrate massive datasets for high-level customer segmentation and model training.

  • Optimize churn prediction performance using advanced metrics like AUC and lift to ensure maximum business impact.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of expertise in data science or engineering, specifically building and deploying predictive machine learning models.

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and algorithm development.

  • Strong grasp of data engineering concepts including data lakes, ETL tools, and columnar formats.

  • Experience in statistical modeling for churn analysis, customer segmentation, and cohort analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
