Graham Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to develop advanced machine learning, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions that enhance logistics planning, sustainment operations, and enterprise decision-making. This role focuses on building scalable analytics solutions, predictive models, and interactive business intelligence capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making within a complex, mission-focused environment.LocationTampa, FloridaResponsibilitiesDevelop, validate, deploy, and maintain machine learning and predictive analytics models supporting logistics and sustainment operations. Build demand forecasting models utilizing statistical techniques including time-series analysis, ARIMA, and exponential smoothing. Develop machine learning models using algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, and reinforcement learning techniques. Design and implement anomaly detection models utilizing clustering algorithms, DBSCAN, autoencoders, and other unsupervised learning methods. Develop inventory optimization and resource allocation models utilizing statistical analysis and optimization techniques. Analyze structured and unstructured enterprise datasets to identify trends, patterns, and operational risks. Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation to improve predictive performance. Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize enterprise data pipelines and cloud-based analytics environments. Develop executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and interactive visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar business intelligence platforms. Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical teams, program leadership, and Government stakeholders. Develop technical documentation including model specifications, analytical methodologies, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to Government personnel on analytical models and business intelligence tools. Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed AI/ML solutions. Support Agile software development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and peer reviews. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise analytics solutions supporting mission objectives. Required QualificationsActive Top Secret with the ability to attain a SCI.Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum five (5) years of professional experience developing predictive analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence solutions. Strong programming experience using Python. Experience using R for statistical analysis. Experience developing and deploying machine learning models. Experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks. Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling. Experience analyzing large, complex enterprise datasets. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
