What You Will Do:

  • This position will hold responsibility for profitable project management

  • The position will own project scope, cost, schedule, timeline, delivery, and installation execution. Cross - departmental and customer collaboration will be a key part of this role.

  • Manages all project management.

  • Demonstrate leadership agility for positive client outcome.

  • Drive standardized deployment (work instructions / procedures / guidance).

  • Establish reporting measures on cost / profit / completion.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Influence innovation in solution portfolio.

  • Travel is up to 30 % and some international travel.

  • Field installation and commissioning at customer site, in a multitude of environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four year college or university degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent educationand/or experience.

  • 10 years of professional experience in a technical role and 5 years in a formal ProjectManagement capacity.

  • Managed instrumentation projects for large industrials.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent teamwork skills; ability to establish trust /credibility / influence.

  • Strong analytical skills; demonstrate creative troubleshooting skills.

  • Passion for continuous improvement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling.

Physical Demands:

  • Role is deemed safety testing.- sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

  • Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Familiar with international hazardous area standards (e.g., CSA C1 D2 / ATEX / IECeX).

  • Familiar with global markets (e.g., Latin America, Middle East Asia Pacific).

  • Familiar with reciprocating machinery and machinery condition monitoring systems.

  • Industrial wireless applications and protocols.

  • Multiple languages skill (i.e. Spanish, French, Arabic).

  • PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent.
