ICLS is currently seeking experienced Language Proficiency Assessment Specialist to evaluate language proficiency across a range of high-stakes assessment programs. These assessments are conducted by a trained assessment team that upholds the highest standards of validity, reliability, and professional integrity.

Requirements:
* Knowledge of and experience with the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level Descriptions and/or ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines
* Experience conducting structured proficiency interviews (e.g. Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI), Department of State Foreign Service Officer Language Assessment, Department of Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT))
* Demonstrated experience profiling and rating language proficiency in high-stakes assessment environments
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaboratively work on a testing team (on Zoom and/or in-person)
* Intuitive attention to detail and innate ability to multitask
* Welcoming, empathetic, patient and calm nature that reads well both in a virtual setting and in-person environment
* Ability to seamlessly adapt to quickly changing situations
* Complete all online training provided by the International Center for Language Studies (ICLS)
Preferred:
* Master's degree, preferably in the field of languages or education
* Security Clearances (if applicable): public trust, secret, top secret (TS), TS/SCI
