    • Drive automation of existing programs through digital treasury solutions like Host-to-Host integrations for enhanced reporting and efficiency.
    • Benchmark Coca-Cola's working capital metrics against peers and present insights to senior stakeholders.

    Financial Risk Management

    • Proactively manage exposure to global financial markets and evolving regulatory conditions by assessing FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks globally.
    • Provide guidance for hedging strategies and support execution within governance frameworks.

    M&A & Growth Initiatives

    • Act as Treasury advisor in acquisition projects, ensuring funding continuity, establishing escrow agreements, and integrating acquired entities into the global Treasury network.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or professional accreditation (e.g., CTP) preferred.
    • Minimum 4+ years of Corporate Treasury experience, including exposure to liquidity and cash management strategies.
    • 2+ years hands-on experience in FX risk management and global financial markets.
    • Proven track record implementing Working Capital initiatives and understanding external financing tools and trade finance instruments.
    • Strong knowledge of Treasury systems, banking operations, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner across matrixed organizations and influence senior stakeholders to drive financial decisions with enterprise impact.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills combined with a sense of urgency and intellectual curiosity.
    • Agile, inclusive mindset with ability to adjust approaches quickly in ambiguous, high-pressure scenarios.

    What We'll Do for You

    • Enable impact on enterprise financial performance by improving cash flow and working capital metrics reflected in the Company's external reporting.
    • Provide global exposure through partnerships with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and banking partners worldwide.
