The Opportunity
As a Utility Network GIS Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will focus on utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be instrumental in implementing software solutions and providing training and support for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Esri's software suite to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Analyzing geographic data to support urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and solving complex problems
- Developing and coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) applications and architecture to enhance data visualization and management
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain project alignment

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
