Description:

In this role, you will be asked to:

Demonstrate the ability to lead all aspects of surveying and geomatics department, which potentially includes several field crews and supporting technical staff members

Manage survey or geomatics projects for both the public and private sector

Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients

Report to and maintain contact with key staff and offices of the organization to ensure department success and sustainability

Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and other internal staff members

Coordinate assignments that aide in project management and deadline adherence

Qualifications may include:

Have and maintain licensure for PS in the State of Ohio.

Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity

The ability to lead a team and provide mentorship

Strong time management skills

Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately, based on project scope

Leadership skills and mentorship capabilities

High levels of productivity working independently and collaboratively
