  • Support systems engineering and systems integration activities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise environments.
  • Guide planning efforts related to requirements analysis, traceability, architecture development, workflow optimization, and scheduling limitations.
  • Analyze and improve existing systems, services, and operational processes to enhance mission performance and efficiency.
  • Support the capture and translation of mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and system capabilities.
  • Support the allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs.
  • Conduct systems integration activities across large-scale System of Systems and Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
  • Lead or support Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
  • Assist with strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, and risk management initiatives.
  • Support interface design, technical documentation, and engineering planning activities.
  • Oversee preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding cloud service capabilities, infrastructure dependencies, and enterprise integration requirements.
Integrate systems, services, processes, and interfaces across organizational and agency boundaries.
  • Mentor and guide Mid-level and Junior-level contractor Systems Engineers and Systems Integrators.
  • Collaborate with Government and contractor teams supporting GEOINT mission operations and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Equivalent additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
  • 12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs involving systems engineering, systems integration, DoD/IC acquisition processes, requirements processes, PPBES, or large complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes.
Experience integrating cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise systems and infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprise environments.
  • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience.
