Job Summary

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by securing and managing catering events while building strong client relationships. You will oversee the sales process from inquiry through execution, ensuring exceptional service, seamless event planning, and memorable guest experiences that align with Levy's hospitality standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality sales experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and event planning processes
  • Knowledge of catering operations, food and beverage services, and banquet execution
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate catering revenue through proactive sales efforts and client outreach
  • Respond to inquiries and develop customized event proposals
  • Conduct venue tours and client consultations
  • Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, and event documentation
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the planning and execution process
  • Monitor sales performance and revenue goals
  • Manage event timelines and communicate client expectations to operational teams
  • Participate in networking and business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with Levy policies and service standards
