Job Summary

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by securing and managing catering events while building strong client relationships. You will oversee the sales process from inquiry through execution, ensuring exceptional service, seamless event planning, and memorable guest experiences that align with Levy's hospitality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality sales experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and event planning processes
  • Knowledge of catering operations, food and beverage services, and banquet execution
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles
