Your Opportunity, Your Team
  • Reporting to the Lead Global Security Systems Partner, you will maintain and troubleshoot enterprise access control and video management systems to help keep sites, team members, and assets secure for QVC. You will support Genetec administration, access control systems, CCTV/video management systems, credential management, and security device troubleshooting across multiple locations. You may bring experience in physical security systems, network troubleshooting, IP-based devices, badge access systems, and partnership with IT and vendors.

Where You'll Work
  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do
  • Support and maintain Genetec, ExacqVision, and related physical security platforms across QVC sites
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues involving badge readers, cameras, access devices, weapon detection units, and other network-connected security hardware
  • Create, update, and remove cardholder credentials, assign access permissions, and resolve team member access-related requests
  • Work with internal networking/IT teams and external vendors to support system connectivity, server access, hardware troubleshooting, and on-site repairs
  • Maintain procedures, generate and update reports, manage system data imports.

What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on experience with Genetec or similar access control/video management systems; ExacqVision experience.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems and devices, including CCTV, badge readers, access control hardware, and related security technology
  • Working knowledge of networking and technical troubleshooting, including IP-based devices, network topology, routing, switches, and firewalls
  • 1+ years of experience working with IT partners, vendors, and business teams
