Seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant for BCHP's Pediatric Office in Pomona, NY. Pay will $19/hr- $20/hr, negotiable based off experience. Schedule will be Monday-Friday approx. 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturday morning shifts approx. 9:00am-12:00pm. NextGen experience is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Perform and accurately record patients' vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight, vision, hearing.
  • Completion of school forms
  • Ask patient or parent chief complaint, complete chart documentation
  • Perform standard testing ( strep testing , covid testing , flu testing , urine test , lead and hemoglobulin test )
  • Doing Inventory of clinical and lab supplies
  • Maintain exam room clean and full stocked
