Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized Inventory Coordinator to join our dedicated WOW Team in Plantation, Fl. This position is pivotal in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the team with essential supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and grow within the inventory field.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate logs of card stock, office supplies, and other inventory, ensuring organized supply storage.

  • Transfer products between workstreams to ensure all areas are adequately stocked.

  • Oversee the movement of completed product from production to the shipping area and conduct quality checks on outbound shipments before vendor handoff.

  • Perform weekly inventory counts, update inventory systems, and collaborate with management to address stock shortages.

  • Receive and organize supplies for departments, including stamps, envelopes, card stock, and office materials, while managing inventory rotation (FIFO).

What You’ll Need:

  • Physical ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and occasionally move weights of up to 1500 lbs using a pallet jack.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and web-based tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Outlook) for communication, data entry, and system navigation.

  • Exceptional organizational and self-management skills, with a keen focus on goal setting and time management.

  • Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.

  • Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
