This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing dealership accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring the accounting office runs smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do

As the Office Manager, you'll oversee daily accounting office operations while supporting dealership leadership and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Reconcile and post daily banking transactions
  • Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
  • Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
  • Review and maintain dealership financial records
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions as needed
  • Ensure accurate processing and documentation of dealership transactions
Office Administration
  • Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and workflow
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and expense documentation
  • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and processes
  • Support dealership leadership with administrative and operational needs
Team Leadership & Human Resources Support
  • Assist with employee onboarding and administrative HR functions
  • Support employee orientation and training processes
  • Help coordinate performance review and employee documentation processes
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
  • Collaborate with department managers to support dealership operations
Compliance & Process Management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of accounting and administrative tasks

  • Experience working in a dealership accounting office required
  • CDK experience required

  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Human Resources experience or knowledge of HR practices
  • Experience supporting multi-department dealership operations
  • Month-end closing experience
  • Strong understanding of dealership financial reporting
  • Experience leading or mentoring administrative staff
