Residential Electrician/Safety Advisor

F.H. Furr is seeking a high-performing Residential Electrician/Safety Advisor-to join our growing electrical division. This is a sales-focused role dedicated to helping homeowners make informed decisions about electrical safety, reliability, and wholehome power solutions. Our licensed installers complete the work-you focus on sales, customer education, and delivering a 5star experience.

Position Summary

As a Residential Electrician, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate electrical systems, uncover safety or upgrade opportunities, and present clear solution options. You will sell residential electrical service work, backup generators, and battery/energy storage systems. Success in this role comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and offering professional guidance that helps customers protect and improve their home.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home electrical evaluations and identify customer needs
  • Sell residential electrical service work, backup generators, and battery backup/energy storage solutions
  • Present multiple solution options tailored to safety, functionality, and budget
  • Build strong rapport and credibility with homeowners
  • Educate customers on electrical safety, reliability, and upgrade benefits
  • Clearly document recommendations and sold work
  • Coordinate with installation teams for a seamless post-sale handoff
  • Maintain strong close rates while delivering outstanding customer service
Ideal Candidate Background
  • Current residential electrical sales professional
  • OR in-home service sales experience in a related trade
  • OR residential service electrician with a proven high-sales track record
Requirements
  • Experience selling residential electrical services and/or generators
