Let&rsquo;s energize the future together.<br><br>NJR Home Services, a division of a New Jersey Resources, is seeking an Electrical Sales Supervisor to maintain NJR Home Services' Electrical License and ensure compliance with all applicable New Jersey electrical codes and regulations. This role oversees electrical operations, supports HVAC and plumbing installations, drives generator business growth and profitability, and leads the development and sales performance of generator product lines.<br><br>Major Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Maintain and uphold the New Jersey Electrical License for NJR Home Services, ensuring compliance with all applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Lead and support electrical operations, including generator installations, electrical service work, and support for HVAC and plumbing projects.</li><li>Supervise and develop union-represented electrical personnel while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance skills and performance.</li><li>Drive growth of generator and electrical service offerings through operational excellence and collaboration with sales teams.</li><li>Partner with management to identify process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Oversee electrical permitting requirements, code compliance, inspections, and relationships with local authorities having jurisdiction.</li><li>Manage electrical tools, materials, inventory, and truck stock to support efficient field operations.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.</li></ul><br>Position Requirements:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical operations, including leadership responsibility for personnel and business functions.</li><li>Valid New Jersey Electrical License required.</li><li>Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a strong focus on safety, performance, and customer service.</li><li>Experience working in a unionized environment preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated business development or sales support experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generator, or home services industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of New Jersey electrical codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to fostering a positive team culture aligned with NJR's Cultural Behaviors.</li></ul><br>* The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.<br><br>Location type is On-site<br><br>Other Details:<br><br>Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $86,500- $116,500.<br>Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.<br><br>This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.<br><br>Benefits That Support You<br><ul><li>Day one medical coverage, including prescription, vision and dental plans, so you&rsquo;re supported right away.</li><li>Our 401(k) plan has a generous company match to help you invest in your future.</li><li>Direct Stock Purchase Plan (with optional payroll deduction for employees).</li><li>Wellness perks, including free on and off site fitness centers and other programs to keep you feeling your best.</li><li>A confidential Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing.</li><li>Professional development and tuition reimbursement to help grow your skills and advance your career.</li><li>Vacation and company-paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements with many roles offering hybrid options based on job responsibilities and business needs.</li></ul><br>New Jersey Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
