  • Position Summary
    • Continuously receives work orders and checks building conditions for needed repairs. Repairs, replaces numerous building components: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc. Performs preventative maintenance. Responds to multiple emergency situations and resolves for residents' safety.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma, General Studies - Preferred
  • Experience
    • 3 - 5 Years - Preferred
    • Household maintenance and repairs: plumbing, electrical, repairing appliances, basic construction/repair tools - Preferred
  • License & Certification
    • HVAC, electronics, CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) - Preferred
  • Core Job Functions
    • Repairs washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, walls, electrical items, alarm system and video equipment.
