ROLE_DESCRIPTION:
• 10+ years of experience in IT/program management, including experience leading large transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an enterprise/customer environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, program governance, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent customer-facing, executive communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in financial services, payments or fintech is preferred.
• PMP/Agile/Cloud/AI certifications are desirable.
