Full time job

Indianapolis/Dallas, TX/Chicago/SFO/ New York
About the Role
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative models across domains such as text, image, code, and audio. You will work with large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and transformer-based architectures to build intelligent, creative, and scalable AI systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, custom transformers).
  • Build and optimize inference pipelines for real-time or batch generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI into products.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continual learning.
  • Monitor model performance, address bias/hallucination issues, and improve reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and contribute to experimentation and benchmarking.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning and transformer architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with LLMs, diffusion models, or GANs.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of deployment tools (e.g., ONNX, TorchServe, Triton).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building generative tools (e.g., chatbots, code generation, digital art).
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations in generative AI (e.g., data consent, misuse risks).
