As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading enterprise package transformation programs that modernize sales, service, and customer-facing operations
  • Shaping client strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for package-enabled transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/Software Development services industry
  • 5+ years project experience architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS
  • At least 4 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagement
  • Applicable cloud certification within AWS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Experience leading Amazon Connect and other Contact Center as a Service  (CCaaS) solution implementations, including integrations to common desktop applications such as Salesforce, SreviceNow, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Experience with contact center technology strategy, multi-channel routing, self-service applications, outbound campaign management, work force management, and artificial intelligence in customer service
  • Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
