Job description

About the Role:

Generational Wealth Educators (GWE) is seeking energized, punctual volunteers to support concessions during the Chris Stapleton Concert at Bank of America Stadium.

This is a major fundraising event that helps power GWE’s youth programs in the Charlotte community. Volunteers will be at the heart of the action - while making a meaningful impact.

ServSafe Certified or Interested in Certification?

  • Already ServSafe certified? Great - we welcome your expertise.
  • Want to get certified? We’ll pay for your ServSafe certification. It's 100% free for committed volunteers.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Operating a register and handling transactions
  • Checking IDs (if 18+ or 21+ depending on station)
  • Prepping or serving food
  • Set up, support, or post-event breakdown

Note: You won’t perform every task listed - roles will be assigned based on event needs and your comfort level.

Training & Benefits:

  • Training provided on-site before the event
  • Meal provided for all volunteers
  • Transportation not provided

Event Timeline:

  • Check in location - North Gate
  • Arrival Time - 2:30pm
  • Event start - 6 pm
