Job description

Children's Pastor - First Baptist Church

At First Baptist Church Andrews, we believe children are not just the future of the Church—they are an essential part of what God is doing today. We are seeking a passionate, relational, and Christ-centered Children's Minister who is excited to invest in the next generation and help children discover, grow, and live out a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ.

This is more than a ministry position—it's an opportunity to build something meaningful. As our Children's Minister, thr Children's Pastor will have the freedom to dream, create, and lead a thriving ministry that reaches children from birth through 6th grade while partnering with families to disciple their children at home. One will build lasting relationships, equip incredible volunteers, and connect with our community through local schools, sports, and family events.

First Baptist Church Andrews is a growing, multi-generational congregation with a heart for biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and sharing the hope of the gospel throughout our community.

If one has a heart for children, a passion for seeing families transformed by the gospel, and a desire to make an eternal impact in a welcoming West Texas community, we would love to talk with the applicant.
