Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Software Engineer - GenAI to design and deploy Generative AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with global teams to create scalable AI applications while adhering to software engineering best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI and agentic AI solutions, from prototype to production
• Deliver LLM-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic frameworks
• Champion software engineering best practices: clean code, robust testing, code reviews, and clear documentation
• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and applying the latest AI/ML tools and techniques
• Collaborate with global teams including program managers, QA, security, and UX to translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Bring creative energy to brainstorming sessions and help shape our products, processes, and team culture
Qualifications:
Required:
• Skilled software engineer with a passion for GenAI and a track record in building production-quality systems.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong Python skills for real-world application development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agentic systems, and tools like OpenAI API or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise software systems.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML best practices and secure, responsible AI development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and Windows-based development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
