Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level HR Generalist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Entry Level HR Generalist | HR Generalist [COC0050049]
- Maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule interviews, prepare onboarding packets, and assist with orientation sessions.
- Process HR forms and data entry into HRIS systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening applications
Desired Qualifications For Entry Level HR Generalist | HR Generalist [COC0050049] (COC0050049) Candidates:
- Experience in administrative support or HR-related functions.
