What is a general warehouse associate?

General Warehouse Associates are essential team members in warehouses, distribution centers, or logistics facilities. Their primary responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. They may also operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, help with inventory audits, and ensure the work area is clean and organized. This role often requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
