General Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are assembled, handled, and shipped accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is willing to assist wherever needed. Success in this role is driven not only by the ability to perform physical work but also by a commitment to quality, teamwork, accountability, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble kits and package products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by properly storing and staging materials.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies.
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams as needed.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as authorized.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
