Position Summary

The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform tasks such as packaging, labeling, sorting, and product handling
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Support team members and production lines as needed
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
