Job Description:
This is hourly paid work performing administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is part-time and requires less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits.
NOTE: This is a 29 hour per week position. JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
(Calendar)
  • Ability to use office equipment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess the following:
Five (5) or more years of experience performing administrative or customer service duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office 20 I 0/Microsoft Office 365. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
