    • Common sense
    • The ability to solve problems
    • The willingness to jump in and get things done
We'll teach the rest!  This isn't an office job.  One minute you're coaching a team.  The next, you're frosting cakes.  Then solving a staffing issue.  Then helping a guest.
Build a Career, Not Just a Job!

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage daily operations across two bakery locations in accordance with the current Operations Manual.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and manage performance; deliver constructive feedback, conduct periodic reviews, and address any performance issues in a timely, effective manner
  • Supervise and support Managers at each store
  • Work alongside the team on the bakery floor and regularly perform hands-on tasks including baking, frosting, guest service, and cleaning
  • Ensure consistent execution and regular monitoring of brand standards, health and food safety compliance, and guest experience
  • Manage labor scheduling that balances excellent service with labor goals
  • Prioritize the guest experience and address concerns with warmth and professionalism
  • Facilitate opening and closing of the bakery, including cash drawer balancing and bank deposits
  • Manage inventory par levels based on sales forecast, monitor stock level, and process weekly ordering across stores, and manage waste
  • Monitor performance metrics and report weekly results to ownership
  • Drive seasonal promotions and lead proactive community outreach and events while responding appropriately to external requests for  donations

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of results
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with hiring, scheduling, and performance management (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license ability to travel between locations and adapt to each store’s needs
  • Passion for customer service and brand excellence
