We are a growing Great Clips franchise seeking a proven Great Clips General Manager to lead 5 salon locations. This role focuses on team leadership, salon growth, and brand execution:

GM experience is REQUIRED.

• Lead and develop salon managers
• Recruit and retain strong teams
• Drive customer count and brand measures
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and payroll targets
• Improve underperforming salons.

• Proven retail or multi-unit management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

• Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
