What You'll Do
As a General Manager, you'll lead daily store and deli operations while supporting your team and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop store team members to meet performance expectations
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and store appearance
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent execution of Freshies standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and fuel regulations
- Monitor sales, labor, expenses, and overall store performance to support business goals
- Manage ordering, receiving, merchandising, and vendor relationships
- Support promotions, marketing initiatives, and in-store programs
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accountability
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in retail or food service management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A hands-on leader who is dependable and goal-driven.
