The OSF family extends from Honolulu to Louisville with 42 locations across 12 states.
General Manager Job Description:
The General Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations, ensuring excellent guest service and the overall success of the restaurant. Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills contribute to success in this role. Prior GM experience is required for this position.
General Manager Pay Rate:
  • Salary Range: $ 77,968.80 to $ 83,000.00 per year.
  • Pay Rate is determined based on years of experience and education.
  • Our General Manager's receive in-depth paid training for approximately 8 weeks.
  • Overtime is paid according to state law where applicable.
  • General Manager's receive a pay increase upon successful completion of training.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Cost Control , Food, Bar, Labor
  • Manage and motivate team members ensuring excellent guest services
  • Teaching and coaching of standards, company policies
  • Shift Planning and scheduling ensuring appropriate staffing for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure health, safety, sanitation and labor law regulations and compliance
  • Implement and execute trainings
  • Implement specials and marketing initiatives
  • Interview, orientation, onboarding
