Responsibilities
- Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
- Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and operational issue resolution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise Shift Managers and team members, providing coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
- Support new production launches, process stabilization, and capacity expansion projects.
- Prepare operational reports and present business updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
