Are you're looking to start a career with a family-owned company that develops their employees? Join Hoffman Car Wash and be a part of our exceptional management team. Hoffman Car Wash is seeking ambitious individuals for our Management Fast Track Program. After the four-month training experience you will be prepared for a supervisory or assistant management position here at Hoffman Car Wash.
Training program:
  • Hands-on training at multiple car wash locations
  • Maintenance team rotations to understand equipment and operations
  • Customer Service & IT training to develop problem-solving skills
  • Classroom instruction on leadership and management topics
