Job Title: General Manager in Training
Join our dynamic team at Crazy Bowls & Wraps as an Assistant General Manager in Training, where you will gain valuable leadership experience and develop the skills necessary to oversee a successful restaurant operation. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a future role as a General Manager, with the opportunity to lead a location in St. Louis, Missouri. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the training program to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold company standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
