Additionally, the ARL will be responsible for leading day to day operations and administration, providing coaching to department and shift leaders, and monitoring key performance indicators and creating in the moment action plans to ensure positive results. The ARL should be a change and servant leader and serve as a business partner under the Restaurant Leader.Additionally, some requirements include:    Must have 3-5 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or equivalent manager role being in a hospitality, retail, or restaurant environment with similar or higher volume.         Have A Can-Do attitude and be committed to the overall success of the business.        Must be able to understand, analyze, and act on a Profit and Loss (PnL) Statement.      Must be able to execute labor controls, and coach their leadership team on labor controls.      Must be able to create action plans, delegate task amongst leadership team, and follow up to ensure completion of task.Must be able to maintain an environment conducive to a fun, productive, and compliant workplace that focuses on our People

Must be able to effectively communicate and track goals.Responsible for being able to Manage by Walking Around (MBWA) in a manner that encourages the use of systems, standards, and routines, as established by McDonald's and The Good Food Group.
